1. About us
TapChaseGo is an Australian retailer of sealed trading card products operating from Melbourne, Australia. You can reach us at tapchasego.tcg@gmail.com.
2. Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when we send a confirmation email and dispatch the product. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraud or breach of these terms.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. We do not store full card details on our servers.
4. Product condition
All products are sold sealed and in the condition supplied by the distributor. We do not guarantee specific cards, pull rates, or print runs inside sealed product. Manufacturer print and packaging variations are not defects.
5. Pre-orders
Pre-order release dates are estimates supplied by distributors and may shift. We will ship as soon as stock arrives. You can cancel an unfulfilled pre-order at any time for a full refund.

7. Returns & refunds

8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape pricing in bulk, or resell our content. Accounts may be suspended for breach.
9. Intellectual property
The TapChaseGo name, logo, text and images are owned by TapChaseGo or its licensors. Product names, logos and card images are the property of their respective owners. TapChaseGo is not affiliated with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., Bandai, Toei Animation, or Shueisha.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
