We ship Australia-wide from Melbourne with tracking on every order.
Dispatch times
- Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends/public holidays ship the next business day.
- Pre-orders ship as soon as stock arrives from the distributor.
Delivery times (after dispatch)
- Melbourne metro: 1–3 business days
- VIC regional & major cities (SYD, BNE, ADL, CBR): 2–5 business days
- WA, TAS, NT & remote areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and couriers. We are not responsible for delays once a parcel is with the carrier.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We offer flat-rate standard and express options. Free shipping promotions, when active, will be displayed on the cart.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier.
Packaging
All sealed product is packed with bubble wrap and rigid mailers or boxes appropriate to the item. Large pre-orders ship in original cases when possible.
Risk of loss
Title and risk pass to you on delivery. If a tracked parcel is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days and we will help open a carrier investigation.
International shipping
We ship worldwide via Australia Post International and partner couriers. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- Asia (Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia): 6–12 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 8–16 business days
- Rest of world: 10–21 business days
International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. Delivery times exclude customs clearance delays, which are outside our control.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot refund or reship orders returned to us due to an incorrect address — the customer pays return postage to re-send.
