Is all your product sealed and authentic?

Yes. Every product leaves us factory sealed and is sourced through legitimate Australian distribution channels. We never resell opened, resealed or reweighed product.

Where do you ship?

We ship Australia-wide from Melbourne and worldwide via Australia Post International. Australian orders include tracking. International delivery typically takes 5–10 business days to New Zealand, 6–12 to Asia, 7–14 to the US/Canada, 8–16 to the UK/Europe, and 10–21 elsewhere. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

How fast will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Melbourne metro typically arrives in 1–3 business days, other capital cities in 2–5, and WA/TAS/NT in 5–10.

How do pre-orders work?

You pay in full when you place a pre-order to reserve your stock. We ship as soon as the product arrives from the distributor. Release dates are estimates and can shift. You can cancel for a full refund any time before dispatch.

Do you guarantee specific cards or pull rates inside sealed product?

No. The contents of sealed product are determined by the manufacturer. We sell the sealed product itself — not what's inside it. Pull rates and odds are set by the publisher.

What if my parcel arrives damaged?

Email us within 7 days at support with your order number and clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange or full refund.

Can I return an order if I change my mind?

Accepted Answer

Yes — sealed, unopened product can be returned within 14 days for a refund. The customer pays return postage and a 5% restocking fee may apply. Opened product cannot be returned for change of mind.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported on compatible devices. All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

Not at this stage — we focus on selling sealed product. If that changes we'll announce it on the site.
