- Order details: shipping address, phone number and items purchased.
- Payment details: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

- To process and ship your orders.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates and (if you opt in) product news.
- To respond to support enquiries.
- To detect fraud and keep the site secure.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with trusted providers: Stripe (payments), Shopify (catalog & checkout), Australia Post / couriers (delivery), and email providers. We do not sell your personal information.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. Analytics cookies help us understand site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may not work.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing tapchasego.tcg@gmail.com. You can also delete your account from the account page.
Data retention
We retain order records for at least 7 years to meet Australian tax and consumer law requirements. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with industry-standard providers. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
