Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with every TapChaseGo order. This policy explains when we accept returns and how refunds work. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded by anything in this policy.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged in transit, is faulty, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at tapchasego.tcg@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement, exchange or full refund (including return postage where applicable).

Change of mind

Sealed product can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unopened, in original condition and in resaleable packaging. The customer pays return postage and we recommend tracked shipping — we cannot refund items lost in return transit. A 5% restocking fee may apply.

Opened product

We do not accept returns of opened booster boxes, packs or singles for change of mind reasons. The contents of sealed product are determined by the manufacturer and are not a basis for return.

Pre-orders

You can cancel an unfulfilled pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched the change-of-mind policy above applies.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return (or of approving a damage claim). Your bank may take additional time to clear the funds.

How to start a return

  1. Email tapchasego.tcg@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We will reply with a return address and any return label if eligible.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it tracked.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
